Job Location: Taguig City

Job Description:

- Ensure availability of complex ICT environments in our datacenters

- Ensure IT systems are up to date in terms of firmware and OS updates

- Install new/ rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories and storage

- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups

- Remediate security issues raised by Global Security team

- Reseach and recommend innovative and where possible automated approached for system administration tasks

- Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted group

- Support foundation platform where business critical systems are hosted

- Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning

- Management of vendors (parts replacement and hardware troubleshooting for units within warranty)

- Ensure proper closure of all reported IT incidents and change requests

- Install, configure and break-fix support for Office365 suite

- Assist in user onboarding and offboarding process

- Assist in re-imaging laptop/ desktop as necessary using lates solution

- Provide user support as needed. Investigate and troubleshoot issues

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in IT or equivalent course

- Minimu of 4-6 years of direct hands-on IT experience

- Background in business analysis, IT planning, design and cohesive vision of key business challenge

- Managing server and storage on enterprise setup (Window, Linux, HPE MSA 3Par and Simplivity)

- Managing cluster visrtualized environment (VMWare and Hyper-V)

- Can support complex domain infrastructure

- Background in Backup and Recovery (on-prem and cloud) and DR setup

- Must have experience in supporting Office 365 suite related concerns

- Experience in SCCM and Intune management, such as deployment of policy, apps and re-imaging

- Experience in centralize update management

- Background on supporting Citriz/ Azure WVD environment

- Basic scripting skills as PowerShell and KQL is a plus

- Bein able to understand business requirements in the FMCG industry and developing functional/ technical specifications tha support these requirements
