Job Description:

  • Identify issues/ opportunities and recommend solutions


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or any course relevant to the field of Information Technology from a reputable university
  • Certified Administrator certification, strongly desirable
  • Good business analysis skills for qualifying data and analyzing revenue trends
  • Proficient with technology, including office applications, sales force automation, database systems, masking and executing data imports, running exports, merging records, and running reports and queries
  • Working knowledge and proficiency in Apex and Visualforce.
  • Working knowledge and proficiency in JavaScript, SQL and HTML/CSS/AJAX.
  • 2+ years experience - technical and/or process improvement project management.
  • 2+ years experience - administration and development, particularly in a sales environment.
