Ensures that revenue/ sales targets are met through effective and efficient conduct of sales and operations activities.
Develops annual plans and programs, targets and/ or budgets; directs implementation and monitors progress to ensure attainment in accordance with corporate direction.
Conduct sales calls and sales visits to generate major new accounts and handles special accounts when necessary.
Reviews rates and special arrangements given to customers.
Ensures customer satisfaction by attending to customer needs promptly, reviewing feedback and recommending courses of action.
Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Management, Marketing or related course
With at least five (5) years experience in related work and/or logistics operations.
With excellent interpersonal and communication skills
