Sales Executives

Job Location: Greenhills, San Juan City

Job Description:

The essential role of the Field Sales Executive shall be to promote company’s products and services for the achievement of agreed sales targets.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Generation of leads/clients
  2. Overall customer management leading to closing of sale
  3. Conduct sales and product presentations, participate in bids and attend job site meetings as needed
  4. Development of quotes for all in-stock products
  5. Coordination with necessary departments (i.e. Logistics, Marketing, Finance) for timely submission of quotes and delivery of orders
  6. Ensuring timely collection of customer payments
  7. Development and implementation of respective Coverage Plans
  8. Handling of after-sales service including customer complaints
  9. Relationship-building with Interior Designers and Architects
  10. Preparation of required sales reports and updates (e.g. sales performance, collection, etc.)
  11. Understanding of customer/client processes and develops selling strategies matching customer profiles accordingly
  12. Work closely with Marketing to ensure alignment and effective implementation of all support activities
  13. Understanding the competitive environment and propose strategies accordingly
  14. Good understanding of products, cross-sell/introduce other Homestudio products to customers

 

Qualifications:

  • College graduate with a degree in business, design or similar field
  • With Sales background preferred; experience in related industries (Architecture, Design, Construction, Real Estate) is an advantage
  • Analytical, good negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and drives own development
  • Proactively uses available resources to achieve results
  • Have valid driver’s license
  • New graduates with Interior Design or Architecture degree are welcome
