• Business Requirements:
• Main IT project lead/manager for all CRM-IT projects (whether database or campaign related)
• In charge of developing workflows and process manuals for all CRM-IT projects
• In charge of ensuring projects are implemented within time and budget
• In charge of project documentation (SLA, BRD, MOM)

Background on Testing/QA 

·       Typically requires a degree from a 4-year college (B.A or B.S), and 2+ years of in-depth business knowledge and system design, preferably in the Transactional services or eCommerce space.

·       Atleast 1 year of experience as Business Systems Analyst in development and production environments

·       Able to interpret and write functional requirements and translate them into technical design and development projects

·       Able to analyze, design and formulate detailed programming specifications and documentation a logical approach to problem Solving (process flow)

·       Requires strong leadership skills and consulting skills.

·       Strong communication skills for composing and writing original business letters, detailed business specifications, recommendations, reports, internal policy and presentations to management.

·       Must have strong reasoning, interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills

May supervise or work direct lower level technical staff.
