Design and build SSRS reporting solutions based on both existing and new requirements, prototypes, models and delivery methods.
Maintains a highly proficient technical knowledge in various tools, methodologies and technologies related to reports analysis and reports authoring on a Microsoft SQL Server platform
Develop, document and communicate reporting strategy and plan.
Define, document and analyze data source options and models.
Collaborate with client groups to elicit, document and analyze reporting needs and requirement.
Analyze data and reporting solutions to understand business impact, correlations/discrepancies and propose changes/alternate solutions
Work/collaborate with other SSC sub-teams (as necessary) to facilitate efficient and effective delivery of reporting solutions
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following subject areas: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field preferred
MUST HAVE at least 2-4 years experience as an SSRS Report Analyst.
MUST HAVE strong SQL development experience (e.g. building stored procedures)
Prefer SSRS experience with filtering, parameterized reports, and drill-down.
Strong requirement gathering skills
Ability in translating business needs to technical (reporting) solutions, documenting and communicating business and technical requirements and events to varied audiences
Demonstrated ability to drive business decision-making, product improvements and/or programme optimization from data analysis
Strong report building, formatting and presentation skills; create highly formatted reports that communicate trends and changes effectively
Experience with OLAP tools (SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and TIBCO SpotFire preferred)
Strong understanding of relational databases structures (Microsoft SQL Server)
Attention to details with very good analytical problem solving skill and the ability to validate data and recognize anomalies from analysis results
Ability to plan, organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Customer service oriented; a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong English verbal and written skills
Experience in project management and project planning is a plus
Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) certification is a plus
