Job Location: BGC, Taguig City

Job Description:

This position will join the application and systems team of the Company’s Information Technology Department, which will handle mainly but not limited to, systems and database administration, server storage and application management of the company and affiliates in the Philippines with following general tasks:

• Lead the Application & Systems team and reports directly to the IT Manager.
• Manage systems and applications such as ERP, Email, HRIS, Windows, etc. of the company including its affiliates.
• Own the remediation of complex issues, establish and maintain effective working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle end-user support and mange escalated issues/concerns from Help Desk & Support team.
• Prepare and facilitate/ train user training on general business applications.
• Partake in the research and improvement plans of infrastructure, technologies, growth and security of information systems in collaboration with the enterprise-wide goals of the department. 

Qualifications:

• A graduate of BS Computer Science, Information Technology, BS Electronics/ Communications Engineering (ECE) or BS Engineering
• Preferably with I.T. Certifications, e.g Microsoft SQL, Windows Server, etc and/ or a licensed ECE.
• Must have at least 4 to 6 years of experience in system administration and managing applications with established information security fundamentals
• With solid experience managing, supporting and processing ERP, Mail, Windows AD/Storage systems such as SAP or Oracle, Microsoft Exchange / Outlook, Office 265, HR Information Systems, and/or SQL application database
• Customer oriented and a team player with outstanding and effective analytical and communication, oral and written and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel to Surigao Del Norte and/or Palawan, especially for training and additional support on any IT-related Projects.
