Job Description:

The Showroom Sales Associate shall be responsible in promoting and selling all showroom products and assist in designing and implementing new sales strategy that increases sales.



  1. Assist showroom clients in a manner that promotes long term relationships
  2. Respond to telephone and in-person requests for information and inquiries
  3. Prepares sales quotes and contracts, arranges delivery and facilitates special requests and orders
  4. Assists customers with product information, selection and purchase
  5. Organizes sales-floor to maintain clean and well stocked showroom
  6. Keeps an updated and accurate showroom inventory and status
  7. Organizes showroom display and maintained its appearance at the highest level
  8. Coordinates placement of new merchandise on the showroom floor and conducts periodic physical inventory
  9. Supervises and coordinates the activities of personnel engaged in the laying out and assembling of displays
  10. Recommends products based on customer needs and desires, answers questions regarding products
  11. Maintains a knowledge of sales, promotions, store policies, and security practices
  12. Provides customers with timely and accurate information as related to product specifics, pricing, delivery and order status.
  13. Performs other administrative tasks that may be assigned



  • College graduate in business course or related field
  • A background in showroom sales is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and the ability to multi-task
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
