Job Location: Mandaluyong City

Job Description:

  • Provide ongoing support for incident management and problem resolution, change requests and enhancements for APO modules.
  • Investigate the problem logged by the Service Desk
  • Communicate with end user for more information if necessary
  • Coordinate with the various groups (data owners, division heads for authorization changes, Basis team, NOSD) when needed
  • Effect configuration change in clean configuration client
  • Ensure thorough testing of the change in the different testing clients
  • Facilitate user acceptance before release in production client.
  • Create email for affected users when the change will be effected in production
  • Update user procedures if necessary
  • Implement programs for continuous process improvement and workplace wellness
  • Documentation


  • Graduate of BS Computer Science/ Engineering, BS ECE/ EE or any IT course.
  • Must have at least two (2) years experience in SAP WM Support
  • Must have knowledge and preferably with professional MM experience
