- Together with the business, manages the definition project scopes, objectives, costing, teams, timeline, etc., involving all relevant stakeholders
- Creates and maintain comprehensive set of project documentation
- Develops a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Partners with the business, and coordinates internal/ external resources and third parties/ vendors for the execution of the projects
- Ensures that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Manage changes and required approvals to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
- Tracks and measures project performance (KPIs) using appropriate tools and techniques
- Reports project status and risks to stakeholders timely, escalates as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Ensure adherence of the project team to the PVM PMO process and standards
- Supevise and manage the project team effectively
Qualifications:
- College degree course (preferably IT) with MBAs or MS in IT degree
- ITIL and PMI/ Prince 2 Certified
- Mastery of business processes in a FMCG steup
- Up-to-date on new IT related available or upcoming technologies
- At least 8 years in total IT experience, 4 years in a project management role
- Has managed atleast 2 big projects and /or 5 medium sized projects , pref SAP related projects
- Has solid foundation of "Project Life Cycle" and "Software Development Life Cycle"
- Prefers to have manufacturing business processes knowhow to be able to easily relate with the projects he/she will work on
- has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Has strong working knowledge and knowledge of Microsoft Office/ Office 365 tools
- Solid organization skills and attention to details
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills
- Results driven and can handle PM work (nulti-tasking)for multiple projects
