- Responsible to ensure availability of the IT driven business functionality by effectively analyzing

- Resolving and preventing domain related incidents within agreed timelines; delivering service request and standard changes

- Monitor and ensure optimal service availability and performance

Qualifications:

Qualification:

- Hands-on experience in SAP PO and SCPI

- Technical Skills: REST, SOAP, AS2, SFTP, IDOC ABAP proxy, EDIFACT, Java, Groovy Scripting, XML, JSON, Postman/ SOAPUI test tools

- Preferred: Functional knowledge and knowledge in API management (Microsoft API)

- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

- Ability to work under pressure and adhere deadlines

- Experience with administering, monitoring, troubleshooting, analyzing and resolving technical problems arising from technical development

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
