Create reports, BW projects like process chain, infocubes, transformation, etc.
Responsible for development, support, maintenance and implementation of complex project modules
Ongoing support to all users -> incident management and problem resolution and change management.
Work on change requests based on agreed schedules and service level agreements
Identify and participate in the continuous education of users (through classroom training, communication, FAQs, whichever is deemed appropriate)
Responsibility for user requirements documentation and preparation of project initiation documents (with user and project manager), preparation of project delivery plans with key milestone and benefits target aligned to user indicators, project monitoring/ controlling/ closure and project communication to key sponsors and the IT management team
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Computer Science/ Engineering or any business course
With at least 1year relevant work experience.
Understands the business process around the SAP system
Possess solid analytical skills, appreciates good customer service
A team player and works cooperatively with diverse groups
Possess strong problem solving and decision making skills
Requires minimal supervision but provides regular update;
