- Mid level experience

- At least 2 years on SAP BI 3.x/ 7.0 Process chain monitoring support and break fix

- At least 1 end to end emplementation cycle

- Can work independently on production issues

- Can provide design and implement request for change

- Supported 2LIS modules

- Can support during weekends and holidays
