Proactively manage tasks on a day-to-day basis to ensure the health of the Global APO systems.
Communicate effectively with both the technical and user community in order to fulfill his/her role.
Plan his/her support activities to ensure timely and high quality output from the APO systems.
Take ownership of general support issues including ?In the Supply Planning Area: Resolve CIF issues, issues with SNP / PPDS heuristic runs, PPDS Optimizer runs etc. In the Demand Planning Area: flat file uploads, monitoring and creating lists for realignment, managing characteristic combination discrepancy lists, creating & deleting characteristic combinations, master data checks, execution of process chains on an adhoc basis when required and executing exceptional releases.
Work effectively towards resolving issues in the APO systems.
Identify and escalate any issues and risks that may impede excellent system health.
Draw on business analysis skills to elicit new requirements when required.

BS Computer Science/ Math/ Engineering or any IT course
7 years of relevant work experience
Good APO Demand & Supply Planning experience
Knowledge of SAP BI/BW
Exposure to at least 1 full project life cycle
Ability to work in virtual teams
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
Good written and verbal communication skills, capable of working with people at several levels of the business hierarchy
Demonstrate a commitment to quality, service, problem management and attention to detail
General understanding of Supply Chain principles
Experience of working with virtual & geographically dispersed teams
Ability to organize and prioritize workload
Must be willing to work in Marikina City on a Europe shift?4:00PM to 1:00AM (No DST)/ 3:00PM to 12:00 Midnight (With DST)
