Job Description:

  • Routine, day-to-day secretarial and administrative tasks
  • Answering and forwarding inbound telephone calls and handling letters, emails, and other correspondence
  • Making or drafting quotations and secure approval from management
  • Process Expense Request and reimbursement of Sales Personnel
  • Prepare and process sample request of sales personnel
  • Drafting letters, memos, documents, reports, presentations etc.
  • Filing documents, records, contracts, etc.
  • Providing organizational support and assistance with general office & sales activities
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and order in Henrys building.


  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • With or without experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide assistance to the sales force
  • Process Expense request of sales force
  • Process and prepare sample request
  • Make quotations
