Job Location: Makati City

Job Description:

- Extracts activities data from Lynx CRM web app or MS SQL local database and Sales from SSS to provide the different users on frequent or ad-hoc base

- Support the CE Manager and other team member on different project to perform admin tasks, manual computations or data extraction when needed

- Process of Daily and Monthly sales of the company

- Generates, checks and validates the per Distributor/ Outlet and per Product sales performance reports of the company

- Validates and reconciles sales data with Zuellig IT counterparts as needed

- Extract the data needed for the monthly report and send to the dedicated collaborators

Qualifications:

- Must have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering or any related courses

- At least 1 - 2 years related experience

- Must be proficient in Excel +++, Powerpoint and Salesforce

- Willing to work ASAP
