Job Description:
1. Project Management
a. Manage end-to-end delivery of services (categorized as a Roll-out) according to key performance metrics – on time, on scope and on budget. Takes into account quality, customer satisfaction and project team satisfaction.
b. Manage the rollout with regular communication to project team and stakeholders according to communications plan.
c. Organize project team organization, which may include re-sourcing and assessing if we have the right people in the team, and leading the team members to deliver the required deliverables.
d. Understand the technical solution and technical deliverables to identify scope of work.
2. Development and Testing
a. Creation of services through webtool provisioning.
b. Ensure quality of services by managing SAT/UAT and 1st level troubleshooting.
3. Administration
a. Prepare documents needed for end-to-end implementation of the project.
b. Manage day-to-day operations in compliance with the requirements of internal and external support groups.
c. Manage databases to ensure integrity of data.
