Job Description:

• Full-cycle/ end-to-end Recruitment process
• Planning and implementation of recruitment strategies at local and national levels
• Development of innovative recruitment plans 

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Psychology or its equivalent
• With at least one (1) year work experience in HR-Recruitment
• Experience in BPO-Recruitment is an advantage
• Must be a good team-player but can also work independently
• Must be proactive and a good communicator
• With leadership potential
