Job Location: Makati City

Job Description:

- Coordinate with each department to understand the particulars of the identified business policy inadequacies and/or process gaps

- Document all key policies and processes, including but not limited to the units' objectives, deliverables, control mechanisms, necessary turnaround time approvals needed, and tools/ form to be used

- Analyze operations and design workflows and operational processes to reduce inefficiencies

- Perform other related compliance functions


-  Preferably Bachelor's Degree in business courses, particularly related to Finance/ Law/ Policy Administration/ Economics; or any related course to Communication (Financial Management, Internal Audit, Legal Management, Communication Arts)

- At least 1-2 years of relevant training and work experience on process documentation, policy drafting and internal control activities

- At least 1-2 years work experience as Risk Officer in financial services or similar institution (insurance industry exposure preferred)

- Policy drafting experience

- Non-life Insurance business operations and processes
