Job Description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer calls, takes messages and transfers calls
• Welcomes visitors
• Addresses inquiries
• Receives documents to be routed to employees
• Performs basic admin tasks to be assigned in relation to general admin services (parking pass, gate pass, basic building related documents and info)

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• With 6 months experience as receptionist
• Graduate from any course
• With pleasing personality
• Can START ASAP
• Willing to work in Taguig
