Graduate of BS Computer Science/ Engineering or any IT course.
Must have at least 3 years of Testing and QA experience
Must have at least 5 years of Technical Project Implementation
Full project implementation experience
Familiar with the software development process
Must have experience on technical project management with knowledge not limited to the following: Telco applications, Network, Security, Operations, System Administration and Database Administration
Must have the drive to close pending items, prioritize among deliverables, manage resources and delegate tasks
Able to communicate with technical and non-technical people, engineers, managers, and customers.
