Job Location: Quezon City

Job Description:

• Open Purchase Order Clean-up
• Do the coordination and consolidation of each Department’s output to finally close    accounted Open Purchase Orders
• Enhancement of existing Departments’ SOP on Process flow of Purchase Request and
• Purchase Order creation up to acceptance, payment and closing Purchase Order
• Review existing SOP and create an end-to-end process addressing limiting occurrence of Open Purchase Order

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of any business related course
• Should be highly proficient in MS Office, most especially Excel and Visio
• Must have at least one (1) year solid experience in the same capacity
