Qualifications:

- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and a Registered Electrical/Mechanical Engineer (RME/REE).

- With at least a year of work experience in Facilities and Property Management

- Knowledgeable in Codes and Standards

- Can handle facility inspections and audit, and provide needed reports

- Ability to manage multiple sites

- Can work under pressure and effectively communicate with all levels of staff.

- Willing to be assigned in VISAYAS
