Job Location: Mandaluyong City

Job Description:

- Maintain expertise in flow application process and systems related to company operations

- Log, analyze and resolve application issues, provide updates on reported issues

- Coordinate with teams and third party vendor for the resolution of complex application and system issues

- Conduct root cause analysis and prepare appropriate documentation all issues and solutions

- Supervise all alerts related to application and system procedures and liaise with appropriate IT teams proactively

- Coordinate with departments and administer new and change in  application system parameters

- Generation of data extracts and ad-hoc report requests from divisions

- Conduct training to users on new system features deployed

- Organize and implement projects ranging from small to medium size and provide assistance to all processes under guidance of immediate superior

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of experience in an application production support role

- Strong knowledge on the installation and setup of computer systems abd other IT equipment 

- Troubeshooting and monitoring tools, techniques and technologies

- Strong understanding of systems and database

- Knowledge in SQL

- Working knowledge of  relational database management systems

- Good verbal and written communication skills
