Job Description:

 

  • Communicating inside and outside the country
  • Assess and recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations and proposals
  • Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions
  • Maintain supplier relationships
  • Prepare and maintain purchasing records and reports
  • Coordinates merchandising tools with suppliers and Design and Visual Merchandising Dept.
  • Maintains and monitors supplier profiles and activities
  • Sourcing and comparing suppliers for required items as deemed needed by the company
  • Closely works with the project coordinator so they can both decided on specifications
  • Assist in the development of specifications for materials and services to be purchased
  • Identify, negotiate and implement contract and framework agreements which results in  efficiency in line with financial and forecasting requirements

Qualifications:

  • With experience in International Communication and Trading Industry
  • Preferably knowledgeable in Basic Accounting
  • Supply chain work-related skill
  • Exposure in handling business is advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Professional, highly analytical, keen on details and can work with minimum supervision
