PMO REPORTING ANALYST

Job Description:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge and expertise of the portfolio and KPIs

- Manage dependencies and forecasting across the portfolio

- Manage Risks, Budget, Status, Change reporting etc

- Prepare Boards decks for Steer cos and executive meetings

  • Resolve capacity and resource issues encountered
  • Inform and discuss details of the problem with users
  • Performs system analysis, make the fuctional templates for the programs
  • Prepare all related documentation according to the standards/ procedures
  • Train and assists users in ensuring things are uploaded correctly
  • Prepare Board meeting reports

- Report on all programs, projects and change request

  • Evaluate and gather requirements of the users
  • Prioritize, against budget, outcomes and resources\
  • Based on data recommended  areas for business/ process emprovements
  • Prepare all related documentation according to the standards/ procedures
  • Create standard reporting and updates for the board, stakeholders and teams
  • Ensures that reporting is provided to the assigned OCs within SLAs and criteria
  • Builds and maintains business- IT partnership and alignment - all programs and projects, will be complete end to end
  • Ensure effective/ efficient coaching
  • Take care of the teams needs by delivering support and training
  • Plan, supervise, review and monitor the workload. work outputs of staff
  • Performs performance appraisals of direct staff

Qualifications:

- Must have a Bachelor's degree on any courses

- At least 5 year's experience of Prtfolio and Board reporting

- At least 5 years program/ portfolio management

- 5+ years of Functional Experience of implementing and managing Portfolio Reporting

- Experience of as programme management or in any leadership role

- Core leadership competencies

- Must have good communication and presentation skills

- Good analytical and reporting skills

- Analytical and Data Management Experience for portfolios

- Familiarization Portfolio management and core business processes

- Work with MS Project online
