Job Location: Mandaluyong City

Job Description:

- RPA workflow / chatbot solution design and coding

- Analyze new process automation candidates, quickly assessing the feasibility and accurately estimate development effort

- Review code work for accruacy and functionality

- Communicate development updates, issues and other development relatred milestone to Project Team

- Investigate reported errors, agreeon error severity and propose resolution following SLA

- Report issues to third level support (vendor) if incidents cannot be solved by internal team

- Apply and update Developer Standards around RPA & chatbot best practices

Qualifications:

- Must have a degree in BS Information Technology, Computer Science or any related courses

- With experience in Programming languages: C, C++, Java, .NET, PHP - RPA/ Automation tools, preferably Automation anywhere - User interfaces& databases, such as SQL, API & Intergration

- Familiar with software development cycle

- Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel, Outlook, Visio

- Good communications skills
