Job Location: Mandaluyong/ Makati City

Job Description:

• Installation of Office 2010 client to all workstations; Installation on Microsoft Lync instant messaging system
• Configuration of MS Outlook 2010 to all clients
• Provide second level support on troubleshooting of MS Outlook related concerns

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four (4) year IT course
• With at least 2 years experience in installation of Microsoft products
• At least 2 years onsite and email support experience
• Experience in supporting MS Exchange users
• Excellent communication protocols knowledge
• Hands-on technical ability in troubleshooting email related matters
