Involve in the System Development Life Cycle for projects related to BSS/ OSS and ensure well coordination of works from team members. Guiding the team for business and operational process analysis, translate internal user requirements into technical and system specifications fro project and system implementation.
Manage daily checking of packages and tariffs, rates, discounts, payments, order management, product management, quantity, fault monitoring and type of charge against contracts and tariffs for all monthly recurring, usage, and one-time charges.
Perform QA Billing, Pre-Billing, Live Billing, Post Billing, maintain and administer billing data.
Qualifications:
BS Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent
Must have at least two (2) years relevant work experience
Appropriate Certifications and Trainings are a plus
Oracle Billing and Revenue Management experience
Experience in Unix, Linux, HTML/ XML, SQL, PL/ SQL and Java/ J2EE (technology and development)
An understanding of the three tiers of Application Architecture (Web, Application and Development)
Experience on complete SDLC implementation
Solid experience with Telecoms Billing Applications – Billing Support Systems and core functionalities
