Job Description:

  • Conduct call-out to customers to confirm availment, explain plan offers and secure application requirements
  • Encode complete application details in application form and ICS
  • Pre-screen completeness , acceptability and validity of documents submitted
  • Prepare daily call-out and transmittal report
  • Attend to customers’ application-related inquiries, via email, over the phone and through SMS
  • Monitor status of applications processed from transmittal to backroom for processing to delivery and activation or dispatch and installation (for wired broadband application)



  • Graduate of any four (4) year course
  • Must have at least six (6) months relevant work experience
  • Courteous and possess good verbal and written English communication skill
  • Computer literate
  • Preferably with previous experience in Telesales or Customer Service
