Conduct call-out to customers to confirm availment, explain plan offers and secure application requirements
Encode complete application details in application form and ICS
Pre-screen completeness , acceptability and validity of documents submitted
Prepare daily call-out and transmittal report
Attend to customers’ application-related inquiries, via email, over the phone and through SMS
Monitor status of applications processed from transmittal to backroom for processing to delivery and activation or dispatch and installation (for wired broadband application)

Graduate of any four (4) year course
Must have at least six (6) months relevant work experience
Courteous and possess good verbal and written English communication skill
Computer literate
Preferably with previous experience in Telesales or Customer Service
