This job is responsible for primarily supervising the clinic nurses, clinic support staff and CSO, and depending on the clinic setup, administrative supervision of medical technologists, radiologic technologists and ultrasound technologists and ensures that manpower requirements of the clinic are sufficient to ensure smooth flow of operations especially in the frontline. In most cases, acts as Officer-In-Charge in the absence of Clinic Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (must be a Registered Nurse)
At least 1 year supervisory experience in related field, preferably from an HMO setting
