Job Location: Quezon City

Job Description:

Performs operations and maintenance of Voice, Data and IP Circuits within area of responsibility:

• Conduct initial isolation and testing, escalation and restoration of reported troubles at POP.
• Install/ implement service work orders at POP
• Record the incoming and outgoing equipment at POP
• Monitor and record the incoming service work orders for implementation
• Dispatch trouble/ fault tickets to field engineers

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering
• Must have at least one (1) year experience in Data Operations
• Preferably from the telecommunications industry
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule and on holidays
