Assist project manager/ business analyst during the business requirements gathering; translate business design into technical design that is based on CIT standard, process, and policy.
Design, develop, and support .Net & SQL based applications/ interface such as website, transactional, and reports. Also, should be able to do SQL programming such as Stored Procedure, SQL Profiler.
Implementation & Support. Work with team on the field during the system implementation; assist team on the application roll-out, data extraction, validation, and mapping; also on other technical requirements that related to .Net & SQL platforms.

Post-secondary education in Information Technology with minimum of 3 years industry experience (as programmer)
Advance skills in .NET/ SQL 2005 platforms
Must be able to conduct needs assessment with analyst & clients to identify business requirements to translate into technical specs
Must be able to develop re-usable codes, templates framework, etc.
Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Willing to travel within the Philippines and do field work
Experience in Hospital, Clinic, or Financial Systems implementation & support is a plus
