Must be cometent in using Microsoft's technology to design, develop and implement thses applications.With programming skills, developers are able to integrate their applications with other technologies and deliver specifications as requested by clients.

Job Qualifications:

1.       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development, information technology, information systems or equivalent work experience

2.       At least 2-3 years’ experience on the following:

•         SQL/MySQL database design/normalization

•         Extensive experience with Reporting Services concepts and implementation, including development, governance and contributing to overall strategy

•         Must have basic to intermediate knowledge of T-SQL programming

•         Familiar with Stored Procedures, Views and Common Table Expressions

•         Familiar or experienced with SQL Server Reporting services on developing Business Intelligence reports (SSRS / SSIS)

•         ASP.Net Programming must have basic to intermediate knowledge of C#.Net 

3.       He/She has project management, Data and Reporting Experience

4.       Candidate should have good communication skills, collaborative development experience, able to explain complex ideas and concepts to non-technical team members and can work in a team environment

5.       Candidate should be keen to details and Industrious in finding solutions to problems and troubleshooting issues thoroughly prior to escalating up the chain of command for development assistance.

6.       Candidate should have the ability to work independently and autonomously on assigned projects from inception to completion, can design for performance and scalability, deliver accurate estimates and provide regular feedback and consistently meet project deadlines

7.       Candidate should be willing to work extended hours if required.
