Job Description:

• Create/ resolve a ticket
• Investigate the problem including the customized scripts
• Restore service within target SLA
• New Release Testing
• New Development or Configuration

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• With at least 1year relevant experience
