Job Description:

• Create a ticket
• Investigate the problem including the customized scripts.
• Analyze the issue.
• Determine the course of action.
• Restore service within target SLA.
• Resolve the incident
• New Release Testing
• New Development or Configuration

 

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• With at least 1 year experience
