Perform Event Monitoring of the key systems – Infrastructure and applications, and corresponding first-line response, which shall include Configuration Items, Environmental conditions, Software license monitoring for usage to ensure legal license utilization, Security (e.g. firewall breach) and Normal Activities (e.g. system utilization, batch job completion)
Participate in dealing with incidents and problems related to events.
Attend to access provision requests and related incidents.
Detect all changes of state that has significance for the management of IT Service.
To determine the appropriate control action for events and ensure these are communicated to the appropriate functions.

At least 3 years experience in business providing event management or monitor & control support.
Graduate of at least a four-year degree course relevant to the field of Information Technology or any other related course.
Hands-on exposure on Office 365.
Requires ability to directly and indirectly work and communicate with people having different nationalities.
Flexible enough to successfully adapt to changing demands and conditions of work.
Prior experience in a regional or global event management/monitor & control support role is an advantage.
Has applied ITIL concepts in previous work experience is an advantage.
