Operations and maintenance of various Microsoft server based applications to include: Windows 2008 R2 Server and Exchange 2010
Patch management of Windows Server, Exchange and other MS products.
Create, maintain and deliver documentation relevant to the applications supported by the E-Mail Team.
Assisting in trouble-shooting backups in various Windows servers.
Participate in knowledge sharing with other team members.
Perform planned and unplanned server failovers for disaster recovery purposes which entails utilization of Exchange servers at an alternate site location.
Responding to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel and outside vendors and etc. to provide technical assistance and support
Availability in response to needs of customer for installation, maintenance and equipment malfunction.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Computer Science/ Engineering or any I.T. course
Must have at least one (1) year experience in Windows Server and Exchange 2012 Environment
Knowledge in design and setup Exchange server in clustered environment and replication
With strong background in Active Directory, Domain Name System, VMWare and Hyper V
Technical, analytical and interpersonal skills required
