• Train the Trainer Function
• Observes and evaluates outsourced trainers
• Gives performance feedback to outsourced trainers
• Certifies outsourced trainers
• Audits the outsourced training facility
• Ensures timeliness, concurrency and accuracy of training for the outsourced partners
• Prepares training report as needed and  requested

• Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably BS Psychology
• Must have at least two (2) years relevant work experience
• Can certify trainers
