Job Description:
- Liaise between customer service representatives and Customer Service Officer
- Facilitate requirements for customer complaints/ incident follow-through and resolution
- Compile reports on customer feedback and monitor data n usage of customer service facilities
- Supervise customer service representative deployment during events and promotions
- Assist in monitoring customer service products, such as but not limitedto membership/ loyalty cards
- Day-to-day clerical work preparing contracts, processing of billings, and procuring supplies
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Communications, Marketing or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but one (1) year work experience in customer service function is preferred
- Confident but with pleasing personality, able to interact with different type of personalities
- Must have a background in graphic designing
