  • Develop and manage annual operating plan of the Sponsorship Reporting Services Unit based on the Programme Coordination and Support Unit and Sponsorship Operations strategy and plans. Participate and contribute to the strategic priorities and planning of the Programme Coordination and Support Unit and Sponsorship Operations team.
  • Support the relevant functions and project teams in designing information communication and reporting processes including templates and tools and their administration for ongoing monitoring, research and management purposes.
  • Develop systems and processes to track and monitor agreed work plans with different functions, projects and initiatives and provide regular reports to management and keep other stakeholders informed as appropriate.
  • Develop regular and special reports / dashboards with existing information and / or information gathered for special purposes relating to different aspects of sponsorship including but not limited to well-being of children, programme and business practices, finance, performance and risks.
  • Support in research and identification of areas that require data quality improvement and help resolve data quality problems increasing data reliability and usability. Manage maintenance, support and enhancements to existing reporting mechanisms.
  • Manage the review and updating of the different databases managed by Sponsorship Reporting Services. Ensure ongoing review and report of inconsistencies / issues and plan action to address as appropriate.
  • Manage the process of information gathering from other sponsorship organizations through agreed processes for research for comparative analysis. Work with the management to ensure that protocols are developed and applied for interpretation and use of external data obtained

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • A broad understanding of non profit operations
  • Expert in using MS Excel
  • In-depth knowledge and skills in project management and / or information
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as administrative abilities.
  • Required skill(s): project management, information management, data analysis
  • At least 3 years work experience in positions relating to project management, information management and/ or administration. Experience in non-profit preferred
  • Strong Christian commitment as evidenced by life and character
