Job Description:

  • Design secure and resilient IT solutions using MIS Applications (BW, BCS, BPC, BO, EA, Bex) 
  • Deliver solutions in line with, or exceeding, Business Requirements
  • External Monitoring of Subject Matter Development 
  • Deliver timely services to meet agreed business outcomes
  • Project Delivery as required
  • Project Management of functional Projects
  • Support lifecycle of applications
  • Release deployment management, validation and testing 
  • Design measurement metrics and methods 
  • Maintain standards and documentation for applications within Solutions scope
  • Transition solutions to Global Support, Business Power Users to the required level that they can maximize benefit within their business 
  • Maintain Service Catalogue for solution scope
  • Contribute to improved IT Service Quality
  • Analyze and re-engineer existing business processes in line with functional Template
  • Understand and support related or integrated functions 
  • Promote best practice and Business improvement within solution scope
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting regular data loads in all relevant MIR systems.
  • Ensure data consistency and that MIR systems (BW, BO, EA) are updated correctly.
  • Perform data loading and reloading activities in the data warehouse
  • Contribute to the stability of the MIR systems Partners
  • Provide Subject Matter expertise to functional engagement activity 
  • Ad-hoc support to Business and to Global Support (Level3)


  • Graduate of BS Computer Science/ Engineering or any IT related course
  • 3+ years in IT Solutions Delivery
  • 2+ years in Data warehousing (BW) and /or in Business Intelligence Solutions
  • Min. 1-2 BW projects experience
  • Bex 3.5 and/or Bex 7 query design experience, Bex Analyzer, WAD
  • Experience in BW administration (RSA1), BW support, in understanding BW data flows from SAP to BW; infocubes, info providers, queries, process chains, Bex broadcaster
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting (RSPC, RSMON), data loading/ reloading, fixing experience
  • Experience and willingness to  work in a Support Team
  • Subject Matter Expertise across solution scope
  • Application Configuration Expertise (L3) 
  • Knowledge of Industry Best-Practice across solution scope 
  • Ability to manage virtual teams dispersed across a number of geographical locations
  • Experienced in design, build and change control management
  • Effective communicator Written and Orally 
  • Experience in Business process redesign and change management 
  • Self-manage priorities and tasks, manage projects and make decisions
  • Willing to work on Europe Shift: 4:00PM to 1:00AM (No DST)/ 3:00PM to 12:00 Midnight (With DST)
