Job Description:
Liaise between customer service representatives and Customer Service Officer. Facilitate requirements for customer complaints/incident follow-through and resolution. Compile reports on customer feedback and monitor data on usage of customer service facilities. Facilitating and updating all on-ground requirements of customer service facilities. Assist in monitoring customer service products, such as but not limited to membership / loyalty cards. Supervise customer service representative deployment during events and promotions. Day-to-day clerical work preparing contracts, processing of billings, and procuring supplies.
