Job Description:

  • Responsible for providing support to the Sales Administration Department by liaising with HDMF and assisting loan applicants in their application for loans. 
  • Loan Processing with the objective of ensuring approval of HDMF loan application.
  • Maintain systematic filing system of all office memoranda, correspondences, reports, and records
  • Recommend strategies to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Handle customer complaints, take appropriate and prompt action, coordinate with respective departments and check the status of their complaint with the objective of ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures while maintaining healthy and sound customer relations.


  • Graduate of any 4 year course
  • With at least 1 year relevant work experience
  • Must have an excellent communication and customer-handling skills
  • Fast learner and highly motivated
