Job Summary: Responsible for developing programs that would help improve productivity of the company. He is responsible for handling software related problems and development for both Manila and US based offices with satisfaction and profitability being top priorities. This includes writing, coding, testing and analyzing programs and applications. He will also research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production life cycle. He is also responsible for mentoring and guiding the entry level software developers.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with developers, programmers, and designers in conceptualizing and development of new software programs and applications.

2. Analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures.

3. Assist in defining software development project plans, including scoping, scheduling, and implementation.

4. Research, identify, analyze, and fulfill requirements of all internal and external program users.

5. Provides testing, written report and disseminate information as the need arises after finishing any software program. Takes note of any changes in the current business flow that will help improve CSF and Akylas projects in the future;

6. Implements effective user interface that is direct and easy to use;

7. Researches new technologies and then analyze the application’s relevance and importance;

8. Performs solution design and implementations to any specification in a timely manner;

9. Conducts and attends to any meeting with project involvement;

10. Keeps an open communication with Manila staff and US counterparts;

11. Participates in conducting the design and planning process to improve the use of current technology for the company's advancement;

12. Keeps all confidential information (written/digital) secured;

13. Performs other related tasks as assigned by the Programming Manager as the need arises.
