Assists planning and execution of metric/performance reporting approach and ensures business viability of service levels
Ensures that IT Operations are managed by service providers as per the contract
Assists in resolution of IT issues and business issues related to IT
Input to RFPs, Statements of Work (SOWs), performance reporting templates, etc
Periodic performance reporting, executive summaries, management dashboards, etc.

Bachelor’s degree required (preference for quantitative majors: Economics, Business Statistics, Engineering, and QA/QC) with 4-6 years relevant experience.
MS/MBA candidates with 2-3 years relevant experience
Expert knowledge of ITIL, CMMI, and statistical analysis and measurement techniques
