  • Monitor all the invoices pertaining to Administrative Expenses. 
  • Prepare the allocation of expenses for the drivers.
  • Process documents
  • Maintain files pertaining to Communication - mobile lines and be the liaison personnel for office communication requirements. 
  • Assist in Facilities matters
  • Assist in other Administration matters such as office supplies, travel (if needed).

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Business course
  • With at least 1 year relevant experience
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must be highly-organized
