Job Location: BGC, Taguig City

Job Description:

This position will Join the Application and System Team of the Company’s Information Technology Department, under the supervision of Senior Systems Administrator, which will handle mainly, but not limited to, systems and database administration, server storage and application management of the company and affiliates in the Philippine with following general tasks:

• Administer and support information systems and applications such as ERP, Windows AD and storage, HRIS, Email, etc. of the company including its affiliates.
• Participation in other systems administrations including general computer support and upgrades; software installations; license management; server set up and management; network and printer support; deployment of equipment; management of inventories
• Handle end-user support and manage escalated issues/concerns from Help Desk & Support Team.
• Provide user training on general business applications
• Remediate issues/concerns and establish and maintain effective working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• A graduate of BS Computer Science, Information Technology, BS Electronics/ Communications Engineering (ECE) or BS Engineering
• Preferably with I.T. Certifications, e.g Microsoft SQL, Windows Server, etc and/ or a licensed ECE.
• Must have 2-3 years of experience in System Administration and Managing Applications.
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of experience in support/ processing of ERP, Mail, Windows AD/Storage systems.
• Preferably knowledgeable on ERP, Domino/Notes and/or Exchange/ Outlook, Office 365, HR Information Systems, and/ or SQL application and database
• Customer oriented and a team player effective analytical and communication, oral and written and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel to Surigao Del Norte and/ or Palawan, especially for training and additional support on any IT-related projects
