- Act as a team coordinator, helping them remove impediments and foster an environment for high performing team ysnamics, continuous flow and improvement

- Take a strong lead where required in the planning of workload tasks and project work items, assisting stakeholders and the rest of the team to write and deliver effective tasks with a focus on adding value to the whole team

- Manage and track against Service Owner (Tower Lead) budgets, service portfolio, projects, including reporting and data accuracy to drive accountability and value 

- Submits and regular status reports to project team and stakeholders, report current progress, plans for the next phase and highlighting high priority concerns that need immediate management support

Qualifications:

Qualification:

- Must be a graduate of BSIT or related fields or equivalent experience

- Must have atleast  a 5-8 years of experience  in Project Management methodologies

- Knowledgeable in the application of relevant methodologies, architecture, patterns, services and development tools

- Knowledgeable and related work experience on different Infrastructure and platform areas like Server, Network, Security and Cloud Technologies

- PMP, Agile, SAFe Certification is a plus

- Be comfortable driving discussions clearly with a wide range of partners and levels of the organizations

- Ability to plan, organize, coordinate work activities across multiple teams and be successful at meeting deadlines and keeping projects on time, driving towards a common goal and alignment with key strategies

- Manage tasks that span support groups, end users and vendors resources. 

- Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to independently resolve issues and deliver on results

- Strong verbal and written communication

- Work collaborative with a large variety of different teams

- Proven ability to remain focused upon agreed deadlines and deliverables while handlin conflicting requirements

- Creative thinking, resourcefulness in solving problems
