- Coordinates and monitors work schedules and activies of housekeeping personnel
- Assists in Company Events and other employees related activities
- Incharge of timely processing bills payment and purchase requests
- Responsible for consolidation of fuel consumption report to accounting, RFID toll fee receipts and coordinates with shell for cancellation or ordering new cards etc
- Coordinates with concerned departments/ section regarding General Affairs matters
- Incharge of scrap disposal documentation and payment in coordination with GA anlayst
- Ensures office/buildings are clean and safe everyday
- Ensures contracts with Service providers are updated
- Files and refers t immediate superior/ concerned department head encident reports submitted by security
- Monitors the documentation of office fixtures needing repairs for appropriate action
- Responsible for minor repairs and maintenance of office fixtures
- Check the security logbook from time to time
- Complies with Company policies and procedures as well as appropriate government rulings
- Attends employees concerns in case of accident or emergency related matters
- Assist in recruitment sourcing
- Consolidates reports by daily and monthly encoding of data for monitoring
- Endures organized filing of all HR related documents
- Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:

- Must have a College Degree in any Business related course/s
- With atleast 2 years experience in the field of General Affairs, Administrative and/or Human Resource
- Highly proficient with computer, report consolidation, reliable, team player, result oriented and highly trainable
- Willing to work ASAP
